If you’re tired of forgetting names, losing focus during important moments, or struggling to retain complex information, you’re not alone.
Many people are struggling.
The solution? It’s not more memory training apps or “hacks.”
You need a method that works, and a mentor who’s taught proper memory improvement methods to thousands of people.
That’s what my memory coaching program is about:
Clear, focused training that adapts to your goals.
Whether you’re preparing for a major exam, giving high-stakes presentations, or simply want to unlock the mental clarity you know you’re capable of achieving, I can help.
Even better, I can help you maintain your gains in mental dexterity and continue growing over time.
If you’re interested in better memory and additional focus on your personal development, all the details of coaching your mind and memory with me are on this page.
Why Work With Me for Your Memory Coaching?
Most memory coaches teach ideas and concepts they’ve learned from someone else.
I know because I’ve interviewed more of them than anyone else I’m aware of.
For over 15 years, I’ve hosted the Magnetic Memory Method Podcast, speaking with nearly every major name in the memory world.
From world champion memory athletes and bestselling authors, to neuroscientists and elite learning strategists, I’ve absorbed information from them all.
But I don’t just teach memory or share what I’ve learned from others.
I investigate all aspects of the most well known and most obscure ancient memory techniques.
Better, I test and refine them. Continuously.
I’m also:
- The author of more than a dozen bestselling books on memory, learning, and focus
- The creator of the Magnetic Memory Method, used by over 100,000 students in 100+ countries
- A TEDx speaker whose talk on memory and mental clarity has reached over 1 million viewers
- A trusted advisor to professionals in law, medicine, languages, business, and the arts
When people want to learn memory techniques at the highest level, they come to me. And now, you can too.
But here’s what matters more than my credentials:
I help people get results. Including:
- Professionals who need to remember hundreds of names
- Medical and law students preparing for critical exams
- Entrepreneurs, authors, and lifelong learners who want an edge

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this course-based or live coaching?
This is personalized, live coaching. Not a pre-recorded course. My program is tailored specifically to your goals and challenges.
Do I need to be a memory expert to benefit?
Not at all. I work with beginners and advanced learners alike. All you need is curiosity and commitment.
How long does the coaching last?
Each session is 60-90 minutes.
Most clients begin with a 4-session package. Longer-term coaching is available based on progress and interest.
I also offer discounts on year-long packages when you book in advance.
How does 1-on-1 memory coaching compare to a video course, book, or group workshop?
Great question. All of these formats have value. I offer them myself.
But here’s the key difference:
Video courses give you structured information, but no live feedback or personalization.
Books offer depth, but many readers struggle to apply what they learn consistently.
Workshops provide energy and community, but little time for individual challenges.
1-on-1 memory coaching is different.
With me, you get direct, real-time guidance tailored to you, your goals, your schedule, and your learning style.
In each session, we’ll focus only on what matters most to you, with targeted feedback to rapidly sharpen your skills.
It’s the fastest, most focused way to make memory techniques second nature — and get real-world results.
